Orlando, a large city in southern Florida, holds much promise for those who want a taste of exotic and fun vacations. Among its many attractions, Orlando, or the city of Walt Disney, features an incredible array of theme parks, including the Magic Kingdom, located near the world famous Walt Disney World Resort. Another attraction, Universal Studios, has Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Disneyland straddling the border.
The top things to do in Orlando are the four popular theme parks located in Florida and in nearby theme park cities: the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, the Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Walt Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Each one boasts several attractions and offers plenty of entertainment for everyone.

Disney World in Orlando
Inside the Magic Kingdom, the main attraction is Cinderella Castle, built to resemble the Royal Castle in Germany. While guests are inside, they will enjoy the Cinderella show, meet with the friendly, but aloof, Fairy Godmother, watches the magic of Sleeping Beauty and take a ride on the Cinderella carriage. You will also be able to visit the Princess Fairytale Hall, where your favorite princesses will be ready to talk to you about what they’ve been up to.
You will be able to get to experience the best of both worlds inside the Magic Kingdom, where you can walk down the street, go into the castle, and view all of the amazing rides and shows, then go back out into the park. Inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll see some of Hollywood’s biggest stars and performers, as they perform in their own musical shows, and meet with other fans.
If you’re looking for something a little more exciting, head over to the Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park. This park is known for its amazing and unique animals and features a large variety of different ones, including gorillas, giraffes, elephants, whales, and more. It’s also a great place for families to go because it doesn’t seem that everyone is trying to fit in. The Jungle Book-style, with many children playing together, and others mingling around with adults.
Kennedy Space Center in Orlando
If Disney isn’t quite you’re thing or you’re looking for something a bit more education, we highly recommend the Kennedy Space Center. While it might not technically be in Orlando, we worked with our partners over at GetYourGuide and were able to secure round trip transportation with full access to everything at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor’s Complex. With transportation and admission taken care of, it’s hard to find a reason not to visit the Kennedy Space Center while you’re in Orlando.
SeaWorld Orlando
Another must-see in Orlando would definitely be SeaWorld. This interactive park lets you be a part of the action like no other. With this admission ticket, you can explore Aquatica, Busch Gardens Tampa, or Adventure Island with multiple options for park visits.

Whether you want to go sightseeing, strolling around, or simply enjoying the many attractions of the parks, you’ll have a great time at each location.
